Our Mission:
Better cooperation through conscious and structured decision making

1

Making decisions together with others is challenging

Important goals are less and less often achieved by individuals in isolation. Several people must pool their resources and make decisions together. All people involved bring their ideas and expectations, but also their vision and deepest convictions.

Better cooperation through conscious and structured decision making

Good decisions need good processes

The way decisions are made together is as important as the decisions themselves. That's why we analyze the processes, question the context and involve the people concerned in order to find a good solution.

A good foundation for making good decisions

The online solutions and tools developed by Meeting Kitchen structure the decision-making processes – both in a general way (i.e., independent of the decision-making context) and in a situation-specific way

Joana Racine holds a Master of Arts in Management, Organisation and Culture. For Meeting Kitchen, she acts as chair of the management board and is involved in various projects. She is fascinated by creating new working environments. With the help of digital tools and psychological methods, she wants to create conditions in which the most diverse people can work together effectively.

As for the future, she is firmly convinced that ever-increasing amounts of information as well as more cross-cultural forms of cooperation require all the more careful design of the cooperation process.

She is currently doing her doctorate at the University of St. Gallen.

After studying International Politics at Trinity College Dublin, she worked for several non-profit organisations in project management in the fields of human rights, international humanitarian law and disarmament. She has worked closely with states and intergovernmental organisations such as the United Nations and the International Criminal Court.
