What is not defined cannot be measured

However, a competence that is not stringently defined cannot be measured. And a competence that cannot be measured cannot be systematically developed. This is especially true for negotiation competence.

What is "negotiation competence"?

In collaboration with the Institute of Psychology of the Zurich University of Applied Sciences (ZHAW), we have therefore defined the concept of "negotiation competence" precisely and comprehensively on the basis of scientific data.
